1. Goods once sold will not to be taken back under any circumstances.

2. Transportation of Goods is completely at the risk and consequences of purchaser. Seller is not responsible for any kind of damage or loss to the goods during transportation or transit.

3. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the supply of goods covered under the present invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

4. Interest @2% per month shall be levied on delayed payment, if any.

5. Acceptance of goods and signature of purchaser or his nominee on the delivery note shall be sufficient proof regarding delivery, quality and quantity of goods.

6. Purchaser is bound to inspect the goods at the time of delivery. No claim of any nature regarding delivery, quality and quantity of goods shall be entertained unless an intimation or defect regarding the same is mentioned on the delivery note.

7. In the event of any return or replacement of goods subject to the conditions mentioned above, seller shall not be liable and responsible for the transportation charges and the same shall be at the cost, risk and consequences of the purchaser.
